These guys (and Rachel ) are top notch! They were referred to us from 2 different people. They ran entire new water service lines for us. When our problem first happened, I called them, and Craig said he would be out within 30 minutes to give me an estimate! Very impressed. They were professional, stuck to their word and were great to communicate with. They worked efficiently while on the job and didn’t seem to waste any time. They had the entire project completed, with cement poured, within 5.5 hours. To top it off, they did a great job “restoring” our yard and cleaning up behind themselves…they went above and beyond! We can't say enough about Torgerson Excavating/Sewer Company. We had tree roots in our drainage pipes. After 4 plumbers (yes, 4!) said we needed to excavate and replace the pipes, Torgerson, who was actually there to do just this, was the only company who correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They saved us thousands of dollars and had the issue completely resolved before the end of the day. They are extremely experienced, honest, and competent -- the kind of contractor that you wish you could find for every other home maintenance issue.

Had water service line replaced, this is the pipe from the street to the house. A 3-person team did the work. The pipes were installed trenchless, which meant the pipe could be replaced without breaking up the driveway and other things in the yard. Took about 4 hours. Thank you very much!

Torgerson replaced our stop box control rod and housing, also replaced sidewalk that was removed during the process. I just gave them a call and explained what was needed. They called back the next day with a quote. It was right in line with the others I'd received. I liked our interaction and their detailed explanation of what needed to be done.
