Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were referred to Torgerson Excavating for a sewer issue as well as a water line issue we were having with our new building. Ryan came out, looked at the property, and got us on the schedule within a week. The guys came out on the coldest day of the year with great attitudes & worked like a well-oiled machine! They dug out a trench for both lines, repaired them as well as giving us a new shut off valve which the City of Des Moines had broken, & covered it all back up in an 8 hour shift. Their service was INCREDIBLE & we couldn't have been more impressed with their work, efficiency & professionalism.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a sewer line collapse right at the connection to the street. We'd contacted another contractor multiple times and they'd say we were "on the list" but weeks and a couple of months rolled by and started to get worried that snow was going to hit before we got this fixed. Contacted Rachel at Torgerson's and immediately was given a quote for the work along with prompt communication. Experiences like this, deserve a good review. I was floored with how quickly they were able to get the line restored. We had our water shut off for maybe an hour, max. They arrived around 7:30 or 7:45 in the morning and done before lunch. Super grateful for such a prompt and professional experience all the way through. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rachel and her team are the best in the business for a reason! They were highly recommended to us when we found ourselves in a bind and needed a solution quickly. They were the first company to call back, provide a bid, and walk us through the process, all within 48 hours. After a terrible experience with a prior company, they came in and saved the day.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were shocked when we received the inspection report for our house that we were selling. The inspection report indicated a hole in our sewer line. We needed to respond to our buyers within three days but we had no idea how much the repair would cost or if we could get it repaired in time. Torgerson came out to our home quickly and provided us an estimate that was substantially less money than another local company. Rachel who handles the scheduling was amazing to work with and Ryan worked with the city to make sure all the city requirements were met. I hope I never need their services again but if I do or any of my family or friends need this type of service, I will be recommending Torgerson! Thanks to Ryan, Rachel, and the rest of the crew for making this process as easy and painless as possible.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the company that was hired to fix my line after Google destroyed it. They did an incredible job in terms of speed, communication, and of course cost since Google covered it haha!
